I discovered Sophrology in 2010, during a childbirth preparation group, whilst in London.

I kept vivid memories of these sessions: discovery of my inner world, contact with my baby, impact of breathing ...

Sophrology then remained very present in my life through meetings, testimonials, but also sessions for my children, for different situations related to their life at school, and each time with rapid and effective results. This sharpened my curiosity for this method, its fields of action and its results.

Through the education of my children and my professional experiences, I understood the need to take breaks, to breathe, to learn how to relax in order to move forward in life being more efficient.

Sophrology has become a necessary step in a happy life.

Trained in English, in Kent for 2 years, I was supervised by many sophrologists including:

- Florence Parot, a Burn-out specialist

- Brigitte Decré-Rinner, my mentor, with whom I started my first client protocols and who introduced me to playful relaxation therapy for children, which I was able to put into practice in a primary school in London in 2016, Battersea School, where for nearly 5 months I accompanied 5 classes from kindergarten to CM1, as well as a group of teachers.

- and also Dominique Antiglio, Caycedian Sophrologist, with whom I followed many sessions for personal enrichment.

After London, I moved and worked until June 2020 in Zurich, Switzerland.

During those 3 years, I continued leading sessions at school, within the Lycée Français de Zurich, in order to help teenagers for exam preparation and deal with their problems of stress, insomnia, lack of confidence, and guide them towards the development of their capabilities.

In private consultation, I welcome children and adults, to lead them towards relaxation and serenity, by giving them the tools to learn how to manage sleep, stress, emotions ... I also guide them towards personal development and fulfillment by finding balance and harmony in their lives.

I also support birth preparation or illness: burn-out, chronic pain and tinnitus, as well as cancer.

Continuing education is for me a necessary enrichment. I regularly attend specialization seminars:

Paris Academy of Sophrology

- Stress and Sophrology , Dr Chéné and Dr Auquier

- Adolescents and Sophrology , Isabelle Lefèvre-Vallée

I trained in mindfulness meditation, following the 8 weeks of the Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course in Zurich in 2018. This complementary approach to sophrology, gives me additional knowledge and tools for my professional practice.

In private consultation, I also offer to practice the technique of Cardiac Coherence, of Dr David O'Hare, for its many benefits to fight against the symptoms of stress. (IFEDO training).
